All the talks, workshops and events for Reading Climate Festival: Saturday 10th June - Wednesday 21st June 2023

An interactive workshop aimed at young adults (15+) that explores Climate Anxiety - what it is, how it can impact us, and what we can do to feel more &#x27;in charge&#x27; of how we feel, as well as more positive and hopeful. Delivered by three Lived Experience Young Leaders (one of whom is also a counsellor) from No5.<a href="https://no5.org.uk/" target="_blank" data-msys-clicktrack="0" rel="nofollow noopener noreferrer">N﻿o5</a> supports young people to take charge of their mental health.This event is part of Reading Climate Festival 2023. Held in association with the UK&#x27;s <a href="https://greatbiggreenweek.com/" target="_blank" data-msys-clicktrack="0" rel="nofollow noopener noreferrer">Great Big Green Week</a>, we offer live and online events to inspire and encourage positive action on climate change between 10th and 21st June , ending on <a href="https://showyourstripes.info/s/globe" target="_blank" data-msys-clicktrack="0" rel="nofollow noopener noreferrer">Show Your Stripes Day</a>.
