An afternoon of creative expression led by Art & Soul, an organisation that seeks to promote mental health through art.

Mind in Haringey

Come and join <a href="https://www.artandsoul.org.uk" target="_blank" data-msys-clicktrack="0" rel="nofollow noopener noreferrer">Art &amp; Soul</a> (registered charity 1173268) at Mind in Haringey to explore how art can improve your mental health and emotional wellbeing in a supportive group. This art for wellbeing workshop is free and open to all who have experienced Open Dialogue and their families or network members. Working with art therapist Ursula Kelly, this session will provide an opportunity to reflect on themes around dialogue, communication and mental health. P﻿articipants are welcome to submit the artworks they create for display at an exhibition in London in September 2023, for which they will be credited as artists. (This is entirely optional.)Art materials and refreshments will be provided. Please bring along family or friends who are interested!T﻿his workshop is part of the UKRI ESRC-funded <a href="http://anthropology-opendialogue.org" target="_blank" data-msys-clicktrack="0" rel="nofollow noopener noreferrer">Anthropological Study of Peer-supported Open Dialogue (APOD)</a>, based at SOAS University of London.
