This one-hour session will focus on strategies that can be implemented into your module and assessments to develop assessment literacy in your students. In the age of generative AI, assessment literacy is more important than ever and is essential for promoting academic integrity. It is important to support students to gain an understanding of how and why assessment is used within your modules in order to build the students confidence to take control of their own learning and improve performance. There will be opportunities to discuss best practice with colleagues across the institution as well as receiving some practical strategies to takeaway from the session. **Please note that this session is for anyone who teaches at the University of Birmingham, but is not open to externals**
