Come and join me in the woods to connect with the earth's energy, the peace within us, relax, nourish and be held in nature.

Stanmer Park Nature Reserve

We will connect with the earth&#x27;s energy, the peace within us, relax, nourish and be held in nature. We will practice &#x27;earthing&#x27;, I will talk about how the earth heals us and why it is so important for us to ground and I will explain how certain crystals help to ground us, I will bring these along. We will meet at 10.30. The yoga and meditation will be 2 hours and the social picnic an hour (or stay as long as you like!)We meet at 10.30 on the grass infront of Circa in the park cafe South Entrance, Stanmer Park, Brighton BN1 9QA. There is a bus stop nearby and also Falmer Train Station. If it rains I will cancel and refund you. Otherwise tickets are non transferable and non refundable.Please bring a drink, a yoga mat, journal and an optional picnic for afterwards.
