<h1>You are invited to a special gathering to meet your inner wisdom.</h1><p><strong>We all experience uncertainty at times. Unsure of which way to turn or what our best next step might be.... perhaps seeking how to access the deepest, wisest part of ourselves - the part we know (or sense) could help us through. </strong></p><p><strong>This gentle morning gives you a safe space to relax and open up to your creativity and curiosity.</strong></p><p><strong>We’ll be quietening the noisy chattering of the conscious mind and taking an inner journey to explore the transformative power of the imagination.</strong></p><h3>ImageWork helps us see the truth within</h3><p>If you&#x27;re not yet familiar with ImageWork, it&#x27;s like active visualisation where your imagination leads the way. I love it - which is why I continually deepen my own knowledge, and why I&#x27;d love to share it with you.</p><h3>How the day will flow</h3><p>I&#x27;ll guide every step, with plenty of time for exploration and reflection. You’ll be safely supported throughout the process. </p><p>We’ll begin with a relaxation practice before connecting with your inner Guide. </p><p>I﻿f there is a particular question you&#x27;re looking to answer in your life right now, then bring that with you. Or you can simply come, open to whatever your Guide offers to you on the day.</p><p>There’s no need to share anything with others in the group on the day - though it would be wonderful if you do feel drawn to share, as this can help enrich the experience. </p><p>We&#x27;ll close with a journaling prompt to capture whatever has come up for you in the session, with time for self-reflection before returning to the world outside.</p><p>This is beautiful Work and a wonderful gift to give yourself.</p><h3>E﻿veryone is welcome here</h3><p>This taster morning is open to everyone - from people who’ve never journaled or meditated before, through to well-being practitioners who support others in these practices. Everyone will go at their own pace and have their own unique experience.</p><p>It’s important to note there’s no right or wrong in how we experience ImageWork. </p><p>If all this makes you curious, I would love to see you on the day. Please come and join. And see what your wisest inner Self has to say.</p><p>H﻿enny x</p><h2>About Henny</h2><p>Henny is an ImageWork practitioner and professionally qualified PCC coach. She is the author of four books, including two volumes of <strong>My darling girl</strong>. Love letters written to all the girls and women we have ever been. These pieces of poetry(ish) always land just when they&#x27;re most needed, and feel like they are written by Henny&#x27;s own inner guide.</p><p>Her story is a familiar tale of feeling separated from herself because of grief, stress, critical ill-health and a lack of attention to her self-care. And it took finding that connection to her inner voice to help her along the journey home, back to her Self.</p><p>She’s offering this gathering for free, in celebration of the publication (in June this year) of <strong>My darling girl vol. 2 </strong>and because she is passionate about supporting others in creating this deep inner connection with their own wisest self.</p>
