Can different classes join this event on separate devices?

Accepted Answer

Yes, however you just need to make one booking per school. When booking for this event you will be asked approximately how many classes will be joining. Depending on capacity, we may have to limit how many devices can join per school.

Will this Zoom be recorded?

Accepted Answer

For safeguarding and GDPR purposes, this Zoom will not be recorded. However, we encourage you to take photos and videos of your students! If you'd like to share these with us we can showcase them on our festival's online platform.

Question 3

Do we have to have our cameras on?

Accepted Answer

Whilst we encourage you to keep your cameras on throughout the session, we recognise that sometimes this is not always possible for safeguarding or access reasons. If this is the case, you can still come along and join in!

Will this virtual event be accessible?

Accepted Answer

We endeavour to make all of our events as accessible as possible. When booking, please let us know if you have any specific access requirements and we will try to accommodate these as best we can. All of our online events are captioned using otter.ai.

Question 5

How do I join the dance party?

Accepted Answer

On the morning of the event, the lead booker will be sent the Zoom link and passcode for joining which can be used for all classes.
