What do I need to bring to the workshop?

Accepted Answer

Just yourself in comfy clothes (ideally loose around the waist), water bottle, journal & pen if you'd like to journal about your exp afterwards. Mats, blankets, pillows & bolsters are provided but feel free to bring anything else you need to add to your experience, e.g. special stone/ crystal

Why should I choose Transformational Breath® over other types of breathwork?

Transformational Breath® Foundation is an accredited breathwork school with the Global Professional Breathwork Alliance. It was also awarded ‘Best Complementary Medicine Organisation’ by the Institute for Complementary and Natural Medicine.

I've never tried any breathwork before, what happens in the session?

Accepted Answer

We'll set an intention, I'll explain the benefits of Transformational Breath, demo the breath & then you'll breathe for 45 mins, followed by a 15 mins of relaxation/ integration at the end to allow for any insights/ awarenesses to arise.

Question 4

I'm pregnant, is it ok for me to join?

Accepted Answer

Unless your pregnancy is very delicate then yes it's safe to take part... we use hands on acupressure during the session and there are certain points we would avoid during pregnancy. If you have any questions drop me an email on brenna@arisebreathwork.com

How many people will be at the workshop?

Groups are nice and small with max 8-10 people.

Absolutely anyone & everyone over the age of 18, whether you're a beginner or experienced breather... however please see health contradictions in main event copy.
