The Mindset Maintenance Workshops are a series of workshops focused on mindset and resilience for better mental health.

As a coach, Hannah dedicates her time to supporting others feel more in control of their minds; building empowerment, self-awareness and understanding. Despite living in an increasingly high-pressured world, every one of us should have access to the tools to enable us to become focused with confidence; more positive and less stressed. Hannah will be taking us through a session on mental health and overwhelm and tips on dealing with it.Facilitated by the best coaches and professionals in various backgrounds and self-management from different walks of life. Through engaging interactions, group discussions and informative talks these workshops are designed to spread useful awareness of mental state, how it could possibly relate to our daily lives, workplaces and daily interactions with people. What you will gain from our sessions:<ul><li>Insights into the human mind and just how it works.</li><li>Tactics to help learn, feel and manage a range of positive and negative emotions</li><li>Due consideration of your current mental state.</li><li>Tips and analysis you can use to manage your thoughts and habits during down times.</li><li>Mind Management skills and understanding the power of an open mind</li><li>Developing good communication skills both with others and our individual minds</li><li>Coping techniques that help manage distress and increase resilience for all age ranges.</li></ul>
