As part of Accelerating FemTech, join us to hear from leading experts and innovators in the field of FemTech including Professor Asma Khalil, Consultant Obstetrician at St George’s Hospital, London, and the inventor of the HAMPTON, an award-winning digital innovation enabling pregnant women to monitor their blood pressure safely at home.

The action-packed event agenda also includes:
•	Transforming maternity care with presentations from Professor Marta Boffito, Consultant Physician/HIV Service Director and Clinical Research Lead, and Natalie Nunes, Consultant Obstetrician and Gynaecologist and Lead Consultant, both from Chelsea and Westminster NHS Foundation Trust
•	Women’s health physiotherapy including a presentation from Carey McClellan, founder and CEO of getUBetter, which provides digital self-management platform for all common MSK conditions and women's pelvic health and Rachel Bernard, brand manager at Squeezy, an app that supports people with their pelvic floor muscle exercise programmes. 
•	The perimenopause and menopause including a session with Peppy, the digital health app that supports the menopause as well as fertility and other areas of women's health.

There will be panel Q&amp;A sessions and networking opportunities throughout the afternoon. Refreshments will be provided.

The CW Innovation programme is led jointly by Chelsea and Westminster Hospital NHS Foundation Trust and its charity, CW+, and fast-tracks new technologies and innovations that deliver better outcomes for patients and address the most urgent challenges faced by healthcare organisations today.

<a href="https://healthinnovationnetwork.com/projects/accelerating-femtech/" target="_blank" data-msys-clicktrack="0" rel="nofollow noopener noreferrer">Accelerating FemTech</a> will support innovators to boost the development of technology solutions to address current challenges in women’s health. Accelerating FemTech is divided into two programmes:
•	<a href="https://healthinnovationnetwork.com/projects/accelerating-femtech/#inspire" target="_blank" data-msys-clicktrack="0" rel="nofollow noopener noreferrer">Inspire</a>: engage innovators (clinicians, companies and academics) around this challenge, including events like Accelerating FemTech:London.
•	<a href="https://healthinnovationnetwork.com/projects/accelerating-femtech/#accelerate1" target="_blank" data-msys-clicktrack="0" rel="nofollow noopener noreferrer">Accelerate</a>: deliver a targeted 10-week accelerator programme is for small / medium-sized companies from across the UK.<a href="https://healthinnovationhub.smapply.io/prog/2023_accelerating_femtech_programme/" target="_blank" data-msys-clicktrack="0" rel="nofollow noopener noreferrer"> Apply now</a>.

Accelerating FemTech is being delivered by the Health Innovation Network and partners, including: Academic Health Science Networks, CW Innovation, Royal College of Obstetricians and Gynaecologists, St George's University, and others, utilising Innovate UK funding as part of the Biomedical Catalyst in collaboration with the Medical Research Council. It builds upon the experience of running the award-winning DigitalHealth.London, and other innovator support programmes from the AHSNs.

This event is designed for innovators, clinicians, academics and patient groups interested in the development of innovative technology solutions to women's health needs, please express an interest in a ticket here.
