Participants must wear a bike helmet and bring a waterproof jacket with them and any snacks and drinks which they require. Children attending the ride must be over the age of 15, competent cyclists capable of riding approx 35km and accompanied by an adult.This session is part of <a href="https://cateranecomuseum.co.uk" target="_blank" data-msys-clicktrack="0" rel="nofollow noopener noreferrer">The Cateran Ecomuseum’s</a> innovative Museum of Rapid Transition programme which aims to reconnect people to heritage and traditions that are hidden and/or at risk, showing their practical relevance for more regenerative ways of living, bringing people together and enhancing a sense of place, stewardship and community resilience.The walk is being delivered by the Cateran Ecomuseum with the support of the National Lottery Heritage Fund, thanks to National Lottery players, as well as the Paths for All Smarter Choices Smarter People programme and the Cairngorms National Park Authority.
