Connects Network Meeting - June 2023

Connects Network Meeting

Castletown Distillery

Connects is a not-for-profit, relaxed and informal networking opportunity facilitated by number of local business owners in the Staffordshire area who enjoy bringing people together and promoting the many positive aspects of local community. Each month, we carefully choose our guest speakers who have success stories, interesting projects and events to share that are happening on our doorstep.Join us in June at Castletown Distillery, when our guest speaker will be Jay Davies, owner of the multi-award winning distillery in Newcastle-under-Lyme, offering premium spirits, craft beer and coffee, as well as distillery tours with blending and distilling experiences. Or you can just enjoy the fruits of their labour! At the meeting, we'll learn about the humble beginnings of the business from their Silverdale home, the move into the Newcastle location and resilliance they needed when, at the begging of 2022, they found the bar area flooded after the ceiling collapsed.Whether you're a local entrepreneur, business owner or organisation, there are no fees to attend: the meetings are free thanks to generous support from the fantastic team at the Newcastle-under-Lyme BID, so be sure to bring your business cards and share the event with others who might be interested

Welcome

60-second Presentations

Break

Guest Speaker

Q & A

Networking

More information about Connects: www.connectsnetwork.co.ukMore information about Newcastle BID: www.newcastleunderlyme.org
