LEARN HOW TO COOK AN ENTIRE CHRISTMAS MEAL ON A KAMADO BBQ   - WITH BIG GREEN 'EGGSPERT', CHEF ROSS ANDERSON

Learn how to cook an entire Christmas BBQ meal in the atmospheric TOKC courtyard garden with live-fire cooking &amp; Big Green Eggspert, Ross Anderson - a lively and interactive masterclass event with a feast to share at the end! We limit the class to 12 under our heated Renson canopy with cosy blankets if it's cold (think ski-chalet vibes!).Cost: £150 per person What you will learn: <ul><li>How to cook a full Christmas meal on a kamado style BBQ. </li><li>An introduction to the Big Green Egg and foundation on lighting and fuel/ temperature management</li><li>Modes of cookery and theory behind cooking over fire</li><li>The importance of sourcing the right produce, cuts and ingredients </li><li>Takeaway notes and recipes (emailed following the event)</li></ul>What you will drink / eat:<ul><li>Warming welcome fireside mulled apple-juice / tea or coffee on arrival</li></ul><ul><li>Kelly Bronze Turkey Galantine - whole boned and stuffed Kelly Bronze turkey</li></ul><ul><li>Festive Hassel back potatoes</li></ul><ul><li>Ultimate Christmas Gravy</li></ul><ul><li>Festive Greens - winter greens stir fried in the egg with pancetta and cranberry</li></ul><ul><li>Festive Calzone - The ultimate leftover calzone</li></ul><ul><li>Lattice mincemeat tart served with Brandy cream</li></ul><ul><li>Festive &amp; warming mulled fireside drinks, beer, premium wine and soft drinks to accompany the meal</li></ul><aside>Places strictly limited to 12. We require a minimum of 14 days notice of transfer to another event date or cancellation in order to re-sell the tickets. No refunds or date transfers after this date however tickets can be transferred to another name.
