Wikimedia UK's 2023 Annual General Meeting for the UK community of volunteer editors, members of the charity, our staff and trustees.

About the AGMThe event will start at 10am and close by 12noon. It will include reports from the Chair, Treasurer and Chief Executive, and an opportunity to ask the board and executive questions about the charity’s work. An important aspect of the AGM is voting for new trustees, as well as voting on resolutions. The full agenda will be emailed to <a href="https://wikimedia.org.uk/wiki/Membership" target="_blank" data-msys-clicktrack="0" rel="nofollow noopener noreferrer">members</a> in June.Trustee electionsThis year we have one vacancy for elected trustee. We strongly encourage community members to consider standing for election for the Board.
