<p>We will be joined by Lesley Atkins, health coach, nutritionist and advocate of cold water swimming. Meeting at the town hall in Dalry, we will be travelling to a very beautiful secret swimming location with a rich history of being a much loved meeting place in the landscape. Lesley will share with us why wild swimming is so good for our physical and mental health. 2.00pm - 4.00pm Please bring swimwear and a snack. Booking by Eventbrite. 15 places.</p><p></p>
