The Bristol Running Show includes Yoga, Pilates, Meditation taster sessions and the Filton 5 races which take place around the playing field on a measured course and sponsored by Up and Running Bristol
All activities are free. Please register in advance.

The Filton 5 fun-run features a 1mile race, a 5k and a 3x1mile relay.The course is on grass around the playing fields at the BAWA Leisure centre. Accurately measured. 1 mile starts at 10:005k/3 mile relay starts at 10:30Prizes for first female and first male in the 1mile and 5k and for first male and female team.Free event, register here so we know you are coming.Kindly sponsored by Up and Running Bristol.
