Discuss important topics to empower women alongside members of the community and finish off with a delicious meal

<h3>T﻿oday&#x27;s event will be facilitated by:</h3><h3><strong>A﻿liyah Zaheen, </strong>assistant psychologist, interested in Clinical Psychology</h3><h3><strong>A﻿sma Begum</strong>, British Bangladeshi single mum and motivational speaker and founder of charity Soul Sisters: Empowering People </h3><h3><strong>H﻿afsah Ahmed</strong>, poet, sociologist and writer about Women&#x27;s Rights in Islam</h3><h3><strong>Naseem Adam, </strong> an experienced  Adult Education tutor and Wellbeing practitioner, specialising in holistic therapy to improve  emotional and physical health</h3><h3><strong>Neetal Parekh,</strong> community worker, teacher and a television and radio presenter. She comes from a family of strong women and understands  the POWER of empowering women</h3><h3><strong>Dr F﻿eroz Abdoola</strong>, Consultant Psychiatrist and Psychotherapist specialising in mood disorders, stress, anxiety and self-esteem</h3><h3><strong></strong></h3>

<p>This event is a safe space for women to come together and feel empowered. </p><p>It will be a day of meditation, poetry, engaging activities and a meal. </p><p>This will also give a chance for women to have an honest discussion about issues they want to tackle together, providing support networks and strength, and understanding marginalised communities better: the perfect way to leave you feeling confident in your identity as a woman.</p>
