A class designed as an introduction to burlesque, perfect for beginners-intermediate level. Join my body positive and sex positive burlesque class, learn how to tantalize, tease, peel and reveal your inner showgirl. Boost your body confidence and dance with a group of international pupils discovering the benefits of burlesque training together for fun, fitness and a cheeky giggle or two. E﻿very 4 weeks we start a new routine focussing on a different aspect on the art of burlesque even peel and reveal however at no point do you have to flash any flesh you do not want to! H﻿ow to prepareM﻿ake sure wherever you are taking part, that you have a clear floor space with no obstacles both on the floor or around you to trip on or bang into. Make sure you have some water available.W﻿hat to wearW﻿ear whatever you feel most comfortable in, gym/active wear is perfect as you will need clothing you can stretch and move in, footwear is optional and completely up to you. Barefoot or ballet shoes are my suggestion however should you choose to wear shoes make sure you are safe to move in them.A﻿ccessing the classY﻿ou will receive your zoom link to the class once you have purchased your single or block booked ticket. Please ensure your zoom app is regularly updated and you know how to access the class before the event. Admittance starts from 5 minutes before the class starts. Should you be later than 15 mins to the class you will not be admitted but you will receive a recording of the class. You will also receive a recording should you be unable to attend. Tickets are non-refundable and can not be swapped or moved to another date.
