She asks that you remain open to experience the absurd and the ridiculous, embrace chaos and silence – and engage with your own physicality and self-awareness.This is a brilliant opportunity for people to up-skill and engage positively with self-awareness, their own physicality and lived experiences. Afternoon stand up comedy workshop, boot camp, with possible gig in evening – depending on venue availability. TBC.This workshop is for comedians who want to improve their sets/performance/confidence. Basically, RAISE their game.Craft/edit your material with Maggie Irving helping every step of the way. You will work with physicality, voice, pauses and a raft of comedy techniques. All ready for you to deliver 5 minute sets – cost £35 Times : 15 July 1 – 5 teaching. Plus time to practice and have a bite to eat; with possible gig at 7.30. Venue to be confirmed.
