Intro -You have an inner child! I have an inner child! WE ALL DO !! Your “inner child” is a part of your subconscious that has been picking up messages way before it was able to fully process what was going on (mentally and emotionally). It holds emotions, memories and beliefs from the past as well as hopes and dreams for the future. When we make space for inner child healing, you often see a shift in healing and overall improvement towards clarity of the self.Our inner child can either make it or break it when it comes to being a productive member of society…or steps to finding happiness.If you’re feeling frustrated or stuck in some aspect of your life, it’s probable that your inner child is needing some attention. Stuck points can look like difficulties at work, in parenting, finding or keeping love, deepening relationships or setting boundaries.----------------------------------Hello Beautiful souls Mel and Becca are back to guild you into Sunday deep self-healing! For the last time this summer, we break for August then back from September onwards. -Relax and unwind as Becca from Serenity Portishead guilds you through a deep mediation for self-love healing- Immerse yourself into a sound journey with Mel from Drift Therapies listen deeply to the sound of Crystal Singing Bowls, Wind Gong, Chimes and Bells. - Closing with Oracle cards reading and herbal tea.Perfect Sunday chill time x --------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------Please bring the following - Your own mug, bottle of water blanket, cushions/pillow, yoga mat and wear comfortable clothes.- Parking: Behind the Church to the left , this is a free private safe space.- Arriving: Please arrive 10 minutes early, to settle.- Covid Guidelines: If you&#x27;re feeling unwell or are presenting with covid symptoms, please let us know and stay at home. If possible we&#x27;ll reschedule your ticket to the next available sound bath.-Sound baths are not recommended if you experience extreme hyper-sensitivity to sound, epilepsy or are pregnant in your first trimester.If you wish to ask anything or just get in touch you can contact me:info.driftawaywellness@gmail.com
