Seventeen Nineteen - Holy Trinity Church

Led by the talented Pui Lee, this interactive yoga session is designed for families to come together, stretch, and embrace the joy of movement.

During the session, Pui Lee will guide you through a series of yoga poses and exercises suitable for all ages and skill levels. You and your family will have the opportunity to connect, have fun, and experience the benefits of yoga together. Whether you&#x27;re a beginner or an experienced yogi, this session is a perfect way to introduce your little ones to the practice in a relaxed and inclusive environment.

We recommend wearing loose or stretchy clothes that allow for comfortable movement. Don&#x27;t worry about your little yogis being silent during the session—this is a time for them to embrace their energy and explore their flexibility in a fun and supportive setting.

- No prior yoga experience required
- Children are encouraged to participate and have fun!


- Parents or guardians are responsible for the supervision of their children throughout the event.
- Please arrive a few minutes early to set up your mats and settle in.-A social story is available below for families with sensory needs to prepare for their visit


- Spaces will be available on a first-come, first-served basis.
