<h3>Let's come together on the day of the full blue super-moon (in Pisces) for a deeply healing and transformative breathwork session. </h3><h3>Full moons are a powerful time to let go of the things that no longer serve us and Transformational Breath is the perfect tool for surrendering and clearing out the old (emotions) to make way for the new!</h3><h3>Within a small intimate group setting (max. 9 people), you'll learn how to change the way you breathe to change the way you feel. It sounds simple and it really is! </h3>Did you know we take around 20,000 breaths a day? Yet most of us have a restricted breathing pattern and are only using around a third of our entire respiratory system! When we're not breathing to our full potential, we're also not living to our full potential... since breath is quite literally life.
