Moving our pranic (life force) energy in intelligent ways, can free us from the places we feel stuck or limited and open up to the divine feminine expression of Love. Explore expansive power of Kundalini kriya yoga, breathwork, Cacao, Mantra singing, sister support and Zari&#x27;s magical energy spaces. This session is a deep healing and empowering 4-hour journey into the sacred heart and our Shakti life force energy. We will release, expand and reconnect in way that will rewire your body, mind, heart and consciousness on a profound level.When we work with our energy in this way and meet ourselves on a deeper level, many aspects of our life can begin to flow in a positive way, including our relationships, finances, career, health and the manifestation of our dreams. Kundalini kriya Yoga and Heart Reconnection  - as women we give and give and as a result we often give ourselves away. In this gentle nurturing space you can reconnect to your body, heart and true nature with breath, sound, movement, cacao and Himalayan and kundalini yogic practices. Drinking Cacao is beautiful way to deeply connect with yourself and others in the circle. Cacao can offer insight, creativity, deep healing, self-love, inspiration and introspection. Check Saturday parking. WHAT TO BRING?Please bring a blanket and Pillow, water bottle. Anything you need to make you feel, warm, comfy &amp; cosy. Wear comfortable clothes that allow you to move. 0ptional- Any icon, crystal or item you want to place on the altar to represent you. We have yoga mats but if you would like to bring your own for extra floor padding please do. GUIDELINES *We ask all women to comply and agree to some circle ethics and guidelines. We always aim to operate a positive, supportive, authentic, nonjudgmental and confidential space. If you feel you would like to be part of this regular gathering we look forward to you being part of our conscious feminine community. Some of these breathing and yoga practices are NOT suitable for PREGNANT women, if suffering from Epilepsy, or have a pace maker . Tickets are exchangble to another person (changing to another event is at our discretion) but not refundable.
