During this 1.5 hour online workshop we will learn how stress affects our productivity, creativity and even our health.The session includes: <ul><li> Practical tips to achieve inner peace - reducing stressors and techniques to release stress. </li></ul><ul><li>How to deal with fear and uncertainty, which trigger the stress response.</li></ul><ul><li>A guided meditation, which is deeply relaxing that resets the fight or flight system. </li></ul><ul><li>Learn how to do a simpler version of this meditation on your own as well as a breathing technique</li></ul>Verónica is a qualified Coach, Counsellor and Energy Healer, specialising in confidence and empowerment.She is passionate about helping people grow their confidence and develop an empowering mindset so they can create a life of joy and purpose that feels right for them.Verónica has a unique approach to healing and self-development which combines the results-orientated approach of Coaching, the therapeutic background of Humanistic Integrative Counselling and a toolbox of powerful Meditation and Energy Healing techniques that has helped her clients achieve deep transformation and success.
