Get Set Go – Skate2Elevate Get Set Roll 2023 @ Seddon Centre <h1>S﻿tarting Friday 28th July 2023</h1>A﻿ 5 - Week Program Two sessions: Session 1: Families to encourage intergenerational learning. 6pm- 7pm (20 people )Session 2: Teens &amp; adults a more mature atmosphere with the intergeneration element. 7pm - 8pm (20 People)<h2>This is a 5 week course you must be able to attend the full program (limited spaces so book ealy)</h2>A﻿im•	To coach and develop participants to learn to skate &amp; freestyle session •	To improve, health, fitness and social mental health of participants •	To provide a 5 week Learn 2 Skate coaching program (week 5 – assessment for grading).Objectives •	To coach and assess young people and/or adults via the skate smart program•	To develop individual skills and techniques using positive mindset, using a variety of skill development activities to enhance personal and group dynamics.Health Benefits•	Improves cardiovascular health.•	Muscular health•	Weight management•	Improved balance and coordination•	Reduced stress•	Low impact exercise•	Improves bone density.
