How to build Psychological Safety in your working team or community group

A psychologically safe culture is one where people are confident that their voices are heard and valued at work. Team members are more likely to speak up, ask questions, learn, contribute, and challenge others in a respectful manner because they don’t fear negative consequences.

Are you a manager, team leader, senior executive or even a team member that is driven to create such a safe culture where you work? Or maybe you are a sports coach, PTA leader, Community support worker that wants to contribute to a more psychologically safe space within your community? This workshop is a great place to start to build your skillset.During the 120 minute open workshop you will gain the following:<ul><li>Clarity on what psychological safety is, and its benefits to your team/organisation/group</li><li>A practical tool to assess the current state in your team/organisation/group</li><li>Top tips to support you as you begin to build a psychologically safe culture </li></ul>

This Open Programme on Psychological safety will be hosted by Sophia Kalpaka – Delta’s Senior Managing Consultant. Sophia has spoken about Psychological Safety to the NHS Employers and NHS Confederation networks. She continuously develops targeted programs to support our clients in their ongoing drive to build psychologically safe spaces for their teams and in their workplaces.
