This group is for people to discuss issues affecting the LGBTQ+ community and creating queer-inclusive spaces. Open to everyone.

Our LGBTQ+ Meetup has been created as a space for LGBTQ+ people and allies working in the Scottish Tech Ecosystem to meet and discuss how we can make our spaces more inclusive to queer individuals.T﻿his month we will be talking about how we can support transgender people in tech. Taking inspiration from CodeClan&#x27;s June webinar discussing how organisations can protect the LGBTQ+ rights of their employees &amp; as a response to the global threats to the trans community, we want to discuss what actions organisations can take to support their transgender employees and the trans community as a whole.We meet on the 3rd Thursday of each month from 12-1pm in CodeBase Edinburgh. This month we have Dean Bridge meeting room booked. For those not based in CodeBase Edinburgh, please meet at reception and someone will show you through to the meeting room.
