The Edinburgh Architectural Association’s mission is to create an approachable nucleus of architects and student architects to meet and hold events to stimulate thought and discussion and to share common aspirations. We aim to form links with other construction and arts-related bodies and to promote our skills and expertise to the public.The EAA is a Chapter of the Royal Incorporation of Architects in Scotland (RIAS) and has over 1300 active members located from the Scottish Borders, through the Lothians to Fife, with an incredibly talented and diverse membership.Registered Charity SCO50008.

<h1>Spotlight On Johnnie Walker Princes Street</h1>Organised by the EAA Education Working GroupJoin us on Thursday, 13th of July to hear project architect Scott Lindsay (Simpson &amp; Brown) talk about the design and delivery of the Johnnie Walker Princes Street, winner of the EAA Regeneration / Conservation Award 2022.The last event of this series presents a unique opportunity to walk through the building with the project architect and look at work-in-progress drawings as we ascend through the Johnnie Walker flagman store.The EAA is a charity run by volunteers. We would be grateful if you would consider making a small donation to support our work and allow us to continue our programme of accessible events for the architectural community in Edinburgh.Time and location:Johnnie Walker Princes Street, 45 Princes St, Edinburgh EH2 4BLWe will meet under the clock outside of the building at 18:30 and make our way through, finishing at the rooftop terrace at 19:30. Please feel free to stay at the bar for an informal gathering afterwards.
