Introduction to Assertiveness Workshop for CAVUHB Staff only

O﻿NLINE - to attend in-person, please book onto the in-person event separately. THIS WORKSHOP IS FOR CARDIFF AND VALE UNIVERSITY HEALTH BOARD STAFF ONLY.This 2 hour session will aim to introduce you to the difference between assertive, aggressive and passive behaviour. Then we will look at developing more assertive communication styles and signposting for further support going forward.
