Using a variety of creative prompts and activities that engage all of the senses, this workshop by Lucy Beckley will provide a gentle and encouraging space to explore how we can engage with the present and bring more intention and attention to our everyday lives.
Lucy Beckley is a writer, poet and freelance marketing consultant. Her writing and poetry has appeared in numerous independent magazines and anthologies including Popshot Magazine, Strike Magazine, The Lit Platform, Lionheart Magazine, A Thousand Word Photos.
