As part of  Family Bike Day at Queen Elizabeth Country Park,  Raw MTB Skills  will be running a range of FREE mountain bike activities!

Raw MTB Skills will be offering free sessions at Queen Elizabeth Country Park. In this free 30 minute intermediate skills session. Come and join the RAW team and build your confidence in the new Skills area at QECP.All attendees are required to fill out a completed waiver before attending the session. Please use the link provided <a href="https://app.cleverwaiver.com/render/templateByRefId/5f2fec90408a0305852f7197" target="_blank" data-msys-clicktrack="0" rel="nofollow noopener noreferrer">RAW MTB Skills Waiver Form</a> What you need to know<ul><li>This activity is suitable for those 16 and above.</li><li>There are limited spaces please come during your booked slot. </li><li>All attendees must fill in a form before they attend the session. Please use the link above for the online waiver form. </li><li>Please sign in 30 minutes before your session with the Queen Elizabeth Country Park team on Bottom field who will direct you to your RAW MTB meeting point.</li><li>All medication needs to be carried by the riders and the coach has to be made aware they have this and how to use it for example eppi pens, inhalers, shock syndrome</li><li>Please come ride ready, yourself and your bike.</li><li>You will need a well maintained purpose built mountain bike with suitable tyres. We strongly recommend a general bike check, (tyre pressure, oil chain and make sure brakes are working correctly) before the session.</li><li>A correctly fitting helmet that meets current safety standards are compulsory and gloves recommended. </li><li>The sessions will go ahead in all weather so please come dressed appropriately and bring a drink. </li><li>The session starts at the specified time, so if you need to set your bike up, please arrive with enough time to do so.</li><li>Parking charges apply at all times</li></ul>I﻿MPORTANT RAW MTB SKILLS TERMS AND CONDITIONS By booking a ticket for this activity you agree to the following outlined in the Terms and conditions set out by RAW MTB.
