Support Life Champions Introductory Session 'Getting to know The Kirkwood'

A half day interactive session for The Kirkwood's Support Life Champions to increase their understanding about The Kirkwood.

The objectives of this session are to: To give attendees increased knowledge about the range of services and support provided by The Kirkwood

To inform attendees about who can be referred to The Kirkwood, including for bereavement support and those living with a life limiting illness

To give attendees confidence in referring people to contact The Kirkwood who could benefit from services by having a greater understanding of the support provided

For attendees to understand how to refer someone to The Kirkwood services through Connect with The Kirkwood

For attendees to make a pledge about how they will support life in Kirklees as a Support Life Champion
