Our vulnerability is key to how we relate to ourselves &amp; to others. When we are able to truly ‘be’ with ourselves, to be open &amp; vulnerable to how we are feeling in every moment, then we can we have compassion for ourselves. Only when we can truly be with ourselves, are we able to truly be with others. The depth of our connection with others is entirely dependent on how vulnerable we are able to be with ourselves.In vulnerability we are able to experience ever more vitality, joy &amp; light in our lives. Our vulnerability our key to Love. If we want more love in our life then we need to be vulnerable. Opening to Vulnerability guides you into meeting some of the vulnerable places within yourself that are in need of your love &amp; attention. Like a newborn baby, we are reborn, consciously releasing some of the unnecessary barriers built when growing up &amp; connecting with our authentic self.This journey weaves together powerful meditation practices to guide deep embodiment, connection &amp; transformation. You are invited to let go of the emotional layers that no longer serve you by letting go of the physical layers of clothing. This undressing allows the vulnerable places in the body to be felt in a very physical way, giving a direct &amp; grounded experience of connection &amp; release.With great love and gentleness, you will be guided into a deeper connection with yourself in a very safe, nurturing space. The journey will begin with an embodied verbal sharing of feelings &amp; intentions to then explore embodied movement, guided visualisations &amp; guided mindful undressing. Unfortunately the responses will not be typed, only verbally shared. The silent meditation will be silent.FOR SINGLES ONLY?All workshops are suitable for singles &amp; for those in couples, trios &amp; all other forms of relationship. This meditation is shared as a group but is very much an individual journey so you are invited to take your attention inwards rather than to your partner/s. Separate tickets need to be purchased for each participating person.HOW SHOULD I DRESS?Unless specified otherwise, you are invited to dress as you feel comfortable, wearing layers you can remove in response to your needs.DO YOU INSTRUCT US TO UNDRESS? / NUDITY?This journey is clothing optional so there is frequently nudity. The journey begins clothed. You are then invited to undress at specific times of the meditation, feeling into your truth in every moment, so you may choose to remain clothed if that means being in your truth. Participants &amp; Facilitators are invited to undress exploring their edge for personal growth. This may include partial or complete nudity.WHY DO I HAVE TO MAKE MY WHOLE BODY VISIBLE?Whole body visibility is requested from participants as we often hide away the parts we do not want seen - consciously or unconsciously. Full visibility invites a deeper opening.WILL EVERYONE BE VISIBLE?Yes, all participants are requested to be visible so as to create a group sharing. Device cameras will need to be on throughout the workshop, else you may be asked to leave. To ensure a safe space &amp; confidentiality, recording is not permitted.WILL I BE TOLD WHAT TO DO? You will be gently guided throughout the process &amp; are invited to feel into your truth in every moment.FEAR OF PHYSIOLOGICAL RESPONSES?Fear around physiological responses is common, especially due to the conditioning in our society, however this is completely natural reaction. The invitation is to notice your reaction, breath deeply &amp; continue observing your responses throughout your body.GENDER BALANCING?These sessions are open to people of all genders and sexual orientations with an atmosphere of respect and acceptance at all times. Sessions are not gender balanced (i.e. one man to one woman).
