The CSA Network UK is the only organisation working solely to promote CSA - community supported agriculture - across the UK.We provide a national platform to promote CSA and map farms, enabling us to track the growth of the CSA movement in the UK.We give support and advice to CSA farms through events, networking, sharing experiences, skills and expertise.We provide information, resources, training and mentoring to individuals and communities wanting to start a CSA farm.We aim to raise public awareness of CSA and encourage policymakers to recognise its benefits.

The CSA Network UK will celebrate its 10th year of existence at this year's AGM in Bristol. We’ve put together a great weekend to celebrate.

St Werburghs City Farm

We&#x27;re facing times of extremes and uncertainty.An array of economic and climactic factors beyond our control make running a CSA more challenging. But that doesn&#x27;t mean we can&#x27;t limit the impact of external pressures on our lives.Because of the increasing uncertainties, we&#x27;ve decided to give our Bristol gathering the theme of Resilience. Let&#x27;s pool our knowledge, support each other, and Futureproof your CSA.Many of our presentations and discussions will embrace the theme of resilience.This year we can celebrate ten years of a growing CSA community in the UK. Let&#x27;s take this opportunity to build another ten years of CSA growth. Join us in the vibrant city of Bristol for our gathering in October.We&#x27;ve put together a great weekend, combining an all-day event at St. Werburghs City Farm with guest speakers, followed by a hearty evening meal. The following day, we&#x27;ll have some morning presentation sessions before heading out to Simms Hill Shared Harvests CSA for a farm tour. <h2>The Weekend Itinerary:</h2><h3>Friday evening</h3>If you are travelling up the night before the AGM, we’ll be meeting up at a local hostelry at 7:00 pm for an informal ‘pay-for-yourself’ meal followed by a few drinks.<h3>Saturday</h3>9:00 am to 6:00 pmSt. Werburghs City Farm, Watercress Road, St Werburghs, Bristol, BS2 9YJFutureproofing CSA - Growing ResilienceW﻿e have a full program of presentations and discussions covering the following.<ul><li>What works financially for CSAs? </li><li>How can we market more effectively? </li><li>What health benefits do we provide and how can we shout about them? </li><li>How can we increase climate and soil resilience? </li><li>What can we do to build community resilience and accessibility? </li><li>Inspiration and information for seedling CSAs and those that are still just an idea</li><li>Sharing and networking for growing and fully fledged CSAs</li></ul>You&#x27;ll have plenty of opportunities to ask questions and network. Plus, we&#x27;ll be serving up a hearty lunch. Learn as well as make new friends and contacts.6:30 pm until lateWe’ll be holding our Annual General Meeting, dinner (included in the ticket price) at 6:00 pm.<h3>Sunday</h3>We have two morning sessions planned for Sunday morning. Folllowed by a farm visit arranged for Sims Hill Shared Harvest. We may have another one for later in the day.
