Women's career expert Laurie Macpherson helps smart, professional women (like you) with their careers. Here she leads three virtual live events, covering preparing for a career change, finding a role and negotiating with an employer.

This is an event you can't afford to miss! This one hour live virtual event will be led by women's career expert, Laurie Macpherson. Laurie will cover career planning and using stepping stones, using achievements and evidence, focussing on what matters to employers in terms of CVs, cover letters and applications and using your network and LinkedIn to support your search.Laurie is a career wing woman who helps smart women to find the role that they love at the salary that they deserve. Even since her mum read her the story of the Maggie Bee as a child, she's been pretty adventurous and worked in travel, retail and employability before setting up her own business in 2019. Since then she's helped hundreds of women to find jobs that suited their lifestyle, paid them well and fitted with their purpose. Laurie has run women's returners programmes with partners, helped support young people into work through the Kickstart scheme and support over 50's to explore their options too. To promote her work she started using LinkedIn back in 2018. She's built up a fun, friendly and supportive community on there (yes, really!) and now teaches others to do the same too.
