Laura Klovaite combines the eastern and western sound healing and sound therapy practises using Himalayan singing bowls, Crystal bowls, Gongs & Therapeutic Percussion.In 2019 she has studied in Rishikesh, India and at the moment she is finishing her practitioner level diploma at the British Academy of Sound Therapy here in UK.The treatments offered are tailored to each individual and/or group.

Come and experience this Monday evening sound bath with with Laura Klovaite who will be using gong, crystal bowls, therapeutic percussion and more.A brilliant way to start your week and let go of anything that is no longer needed to carried with you for the rest of the week.A Sound Bath can be a very efficient way of reducing stress!You'll be laying down while the vibrations and sounds of the instruments work on all levels of your being.No effort required, just close your eyes and fall into deep relaxation.(YOGA MATS, BLANKETS, BOLSTERS, ETC. ARE ALL PROVIDED AT THE VENUE)The method of sound bathing used in this session has been specifically designed to give the mind and body a deep rest and recharge your energy.Laura combines the sound healing practises from the East and the sound therapy structure of the West to create a well rounded relaxation and introspection session.-----------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------A regular soundbath can be really beneficial for reducing stress, anxiety, muscle tension, pain and therefore alleviate many stress and tension related health conditions.Studies have shown that during/after a soundbath it’s possible to experience:- A positive mood state- Bliss- Insight- Unity- Physical relaxationTherapeutically it has also been found to positively influence:- Pain relief, management &amp; control- Muscle tension- Mental health- Emotional distress- Improving mood state- Self awareness, emotional intelligence &amp; reflective thinking- Blood pressure, heart rate &amp; stress related illness- Openness to experience, resilience &amp; adaptive thinking- Appreciation of the arts, each other &amp; beauty-----------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------IMPORTANT NOTE: Soundbaths are not suitable for anyone who suffers from fits (epileptics), or anyone who is extremely sensitive to sound. They are also not recommended for women in the first trimester of pregnancy due to the unstable nature of pregnancy during that time.
