Environmental activist, author and journalist George Monbiot will be in conversation with Transition Town founder and writer Rob Hopkins, as he talks about his life and chooses his favourite songs to be performed by local musicians and singers. Totnes draws on some of its amazing local talents for this unique event where original arrangements of well loved songs will be performed.The &quot;Desert Island Discs&#x27; type interview will be interspersed with performances by singer/songwriter Holly Ebony, musical maestro Rowland O&#x27;Connor and his jamming band Be Water, Viva led by Roz Walker, and other guests to wow the audience.N﻿o refunds will be given on/after October 10th- this is a charity event .
