Come and explore, share or listen with other HSPs face to face in a safe space where your normal character trait is understood and validated

Facilitated gently by Cindy so that you can relax as much as possible and enjoy the time together with other HSPs. There is no pressure for you to speak, you are welcome to just sit and listen. This is an opportunity to share ideas and tips on living life to the full as an HSP, and to ask any questions. It is held in a supportive and safe way. If you want to leave earlier that's OK, just leave whenever you need to. We will start with a short guided meditation to bring us together.Elaine Aron talks of 5 things that every HSP needs to thrive. We'll explore some of these during our time together. They are:<ul><li>To know your trait is real</li><li>To reframe your past in light of it</li><li>To heal from past traumas</li><li>To design a life that is compatible with it</li><li>To meet other HSPs</li></ul>We will meet as a group for 1.5 hours and then we'll have 30 minutes after this to relax and chat over tea, coffee and snacks.
