An Introduction To Small Group Facilitation

<p>AN INTRODUCTION TO SMALL GROUP FACILITATION - as part of our commitment to growing as a Synodal Church the department is offering an opportunity for parishioners to develop the skills of small group facilitation in the context of Parish Pastoral Councils, RCIA, Prayer Groups, Confirmation Preparation, and any other Parish groups.  This short session will help us to develop an attitude of listening with the heart and sharing with generosity.  It will provide participants with a model for rooting decision making in prayer and discernment and the tools necessary for effective facilitation.  Dates and venues are:  Tues 19 Sept: St Osmund, Salisbury (7-9pm);  Wed 20 Sept: St Gregory the Great, Cheltenham (7-9pm);   Thurs 21 Sept: Apostle Room, Cathedral (2-4pm);   T﻿ues 26 Sept: Our Lady, Glastonbury (7-9pm);    Wed 27 Sept: Our Lady, Weston Super Mare (7-9pm);   Thurs 28 Sept: Sacred Heart, Minehead (7-9pm);   Sat 30 Sept: St Patrick, Brockworth (10am-12pm);   Sat 30 Sept: St John, Trowbridge (2-4pm);   T﻿ues 3 Oct: St Peter, Swindon (7-9pm).</p><p>Please sign up for any of the events on offer. A minimum of five people is required for a session to take place – no upper limit. </p>
