We work with people in the clinical setting to secure the best possible care for people with a brain tumour and we campaign to solve real issues, because we understand what challenges people with a brain tumour face.Our support is available to everybody affected by any type of brain tumour.

Maggie's Yorkshire

Our much-awaited meetup in Yorkshire is here and we'd love to see you there. It will be a friendly, informal space to meet others going through a similar situation. There's no agenda, just bring your own hobby and we can have a cuppa (and some cake) whilst having a natter.The meetup will be taking place at Maggie's Yorkshire, right next to St. James's in Leeds. It's a lovely, calming, peaceful place where we can all just relax for a bit whilst working on our projects. Art materials such as paper and paint will be provided, but please feel free to bring your own stuff as well. Knitting, painting, calligraphy, and any other hobby is welcome as long as it fits on a regular desk.Buses travel frequently from Leeds to Beckett Street outside St James’s University Hospital. This includes stops outside Bexley Wing, just around the corner from Maggie's. The following buses travel to and from St James's Hospital, with many following routes to Leeds city centre: 16, 16A, 42, 49, 50, 50AThere is also on-street pay parking nearby.Any questions please email me: mariel@brainstrust.org.uk
