You might be dealing with bereavement, addiction, abuse, money problems, relationship breakdown, workplace stress, exam stress, or housing problems. You might be managing a mental health diagnosis. Or you might not know why you're feeling this way now.Nobody really plans to be in a place of mental health crisis but it's worth to know what services are there that could help you or your close one in the event of emergency.Join us to get to learn how to get help and access local mental health services.
