Why is the class so early?

The best time to greet your day is when it begins. Having the class early means that there's not many reasons for us not to create the time and space to honour ourselves and put ourselves at the front and centre of our lives.

I am overweight- can I still do this class?

Accepted Answer

Absolutely. This practice focuses on bringing the balance back into life which includes excess weight. It may be challenging at first but the longer you can build up your time with the practice- the sooner you will see your body and excess weight come back into balance.

Question 4

I don't have a yoga-mat, can I still do the class?

Accepted Answer

A yoga mat is not essential but it will make your movement and stability easier due to the extra grip yoga mats typically provide. You can use a sheet or blanket if you wish

What do I need to bring for the class?

Just you! You may wish to have a glass of water or bottle to hand if you feel you may need.
