Furthermore, for each suicide, there are more than 20 suicide attempts.There is no shame in seeking help when you are feeling stressed, depressed or experiencing a crisis. If you are worried about someone, or coping with a suicide, we are here to provide you with the resources to educate and help you.If you are feeling like ending your life, please call 999 or go to A&E and ask for the contact of the nearest crisis resolution team. These are teams of mental health care professionals who work with people in severe distress.Join us to get to learn how to recognise suicidal signs and how you can be of help for those in need!Speakers to be confirmed very soon!
