Fabric collage pictures - summer themeDoors Open Days is Scotland’s largest free festival that celebrates places and stories, new and old. It takes place each year in September across Scotland as part of European Heritage Days.

Events are free and this year there is a particular focus on Scottish Borders unique textile heritage.

Under the guidance of our experienced instructors, you&#x27;ll learn the techniques of layering fabric pieces and how to select, cut, and arrange fabric pieces to create a lovely collage.

You&#x27;ll discover the joy of transforming fabric scraps into a work of art. Blend colours, patterns, and textures to give life to summer themed items like beach balls, beach huts and many others. 



 All materials, including a variety of fabric scraps, cutting tools, and glue, will be provided. So come along and experience the magic of turning humble fabric scraps into captivating art at our Fabric Collage Workshop!





this event is for both beginners and seasoned artists to explore the tactile and colourful world of fabric collage.
