Our newly cancer formed community of practice brings together primary care and community nurses and AHPs , specialist cancer Nurses and AHPs

Central London Community Health Trust Learning Academy

The group aims to learn, network and work together to improve and develop practice, innovate, and provide a collective voice for out of hospital cancer healthcare. We aim to work collaboratively with secondary care cancer nurses and AHPs to support the ambitions of integrated care. W﻿e will be sharing some great examples of quality improvements in practice There will be opportunity for interactive discussions and networking . Lunch will be provided. Location and photos of the entrance to the CLCH Academy on image below. Please use the side entrance at Soho Square as indicated with the blue arrow. Press the buzzer for CLCH Academy located on the 3rd Floor.
