Join us for the 2nd webinar in our Play in Hospital Week series: Embedding children and young people’s participation in play and healthcare

<h3>All children have the right to the highest possible standards of both healthcare - including the right to play - and to have a say in matters that affect them. </h3><p>Children and young people’s participation is an increasing priority in UK healthcare, but their views are not consistently sought or acknowledged. There are also disparities in which young people likely to participate and uncertainty about how to increase the diversity of young people involved. </p><p>As the landscape of play in healthcare in the UK continues to evolve, child-centred participatory practice needs to be embedded at all levels, from direct involvement in decision-making about their care, to strategic involvement in decisions about the design and delivery of play and healthcare services. </p><p>In promoting children’s right to play in healthcare, this webinar will consider how children and young people’s participation can be <strong>developed and embedded in health services</strong>, how play can be embedded into participation and how play specialists can support this.   </p>
