<h1>H﻿ELPING YOUR CHILD WITH ANXIETY AND WORRIES </h1><p>Join us for an online event where we will discuss ways to support your child with anxiety and worry.  These sessions are for parent/carers in schools that the MHST works  in, in North Cumbria. </p><p>We will provide tips and strategies to help you  support your child manage their anxiety and build resilience. </p><p>You will also have the opportunity to ask questions and connect with other parents who are going through similar experiences.  </p><p>Don&#x27;t miss this chance to learn how to support your child&#x27;s mental health and well-being.
