WORKSHOP 3: Power of Artificial Intelligence (AI) &amp; Smart Tech in your Business – a how to approach:•	Learn about how AI can be used in small businesses.•	Get personalised advice from an AI specialist.•	Discover the variety of ways AI can generate content ideas, automate customer service tasks; personalise marketing campaigns. •	Top tips on how AI can help small businesses make better business decisions. *John Turner the CEO of Visit Somerset the Official Destination Management Organisation for the County of Somerset has been studying Artificial Intelligence and Machine Learning for the last four years – culminating in his being accepted this year into a unique Post Grad program run by Oxford University, Said Business School in Leadership in Artificial Intelligence. John aspires afterward to complete his Ph.D. in Artificial Intelligence in the Visitor Economy. Come and listen to his experience in the field, sorting fact from fiction and what your business should be thinking of doing as we move into the Fourth Industrial Revolution. There will be plenty of time to ask questions. Don’t worry no coding experience necessary and you don’t need to be a mathematician either!
