The Cultural Spring is an exciting, ambitious project to get more people in Sunderland and South Tyneside to experience and be inspired by the arts. We’ve been working with the best local, regional and national artists to ensure our programme really engages, enthuses, entertains and educates the 100,000 people living in our wards.

Shape your unique mug by hand, embellish it with carving and stamping techniques, and imprint your personal flair. To top it off, choose a vibrant colour to make your mug truly stand out. We&#x27;ll handle the kiln firing, ensuring your creation becomes a functional work of art.Our Saturday workshops are a great new way to get involved in our activities for those who can&#x27;t make sessions through the week.One-off sessions that give you a taste of what we&#x27;re all about. These activities are charged at £5 per session and this includes all materials, refreshments and lunch.Age 16+Due to the funding we receive, these workshops are for people living in Sunderland.These workshops are offered by The Cultural Spring and subsidised by Arts Council England.Any questions please contact info@theculturalspring.org.uk
