Ten Thousand Grandmothers: An Ancestral Exploration

Gwyneth is a certified EQ Assessor, Coach and has a MSc in Applied Positive Psychology. Her focus is on reconencting people to themselves, each other, and to nature.Gwyneth uses a combination of coaching, mindfulness, nature connection, and facilitation to help people understand themselves and each other on a deeper level, leading to happier, more fulfilled and authentic lives. More specifically, she helps people who want to change the world to gain the strength, clarity and courage to bring their ideas into reality.In these times, where we seemingly lie on the precipice of extinction, war, climate disaster, something more than 'conventional' coaching is needed. That's why Gwyneth's work focuses more on reconnecting people with the earth and nature's cycles, in preparation for what some call The Great Turning - the unravelling of the current system as we know it. As part of this, she organises events in nature, is involved with The Work That Reconnects and Deep Adaptation, and may even invite you to her garden to reenergise.

An exploration into Deep Time to connect us to our ancestors

Ten Thousand Grandmothers is an experimental workshop space, utilizing Deep Time, an essential aspect of “Seeing with New &amp; Ancient Eyes”, a pivotal phase of the Spiral of Work That Reconnects. Deep Time is a wonderful source of insight and inspiration when it comes to exploring the shift in consciousness that many of us are experiencing, both on individual and collective realms. The Work that Reconnects invites us to reconnect with &quot;deep time&quot; - to step back from our busy times and to truly pay attention to the vastness of time. Calling us to recognise how our modern Industrial Growth society has only been happening for a tiny fraction of the time we have been on this earth as humans, and an even smaller fraction of the time the earth has existed, we are called to stretch our imaginations and think about all the ways in which life on earth has, and could, look. Within this workshop, you will be expertly guided into a magical journey by Gwyneth and Shayontoni, where we will attempt to establish a relationship with grandmothers long passed and foster a profound sense of belonging. You will find your personal life to gain broader perspective within the vast tapestry of space and time, absorbing ancestral wisdom and embracing the potential of our descendants. T﻿his workshop is offered on a sliding scale of 45-60GBP and will take place online from 4-7pm UK time on the 20th of September.
