A﻿ Water Safety Awareness Session, aimed at 13-25 year olds.T﻿he sessions will be led by enthusiastic, experienced instructors from the Galloway Activity Centre and will cover an introduction to water safety, how to self-rescue on a paddleboard and the dangers of cold water shock.S﻿essions are free but places are limited due to instructor ratios- booking essential.P﻿articipants should arrive by 10am to sign in.A﻿ consent form for anyone under 18 must be filled in and signed by an adult. These will be emailed out prior to the event
